Last updated: March 18, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Grafold (available at grafold.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. Your continued use of Grafold after any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Description of Service
Grafold is a node-graph canvas application for generating and vectorizing illustrations. Users build visual pipelines on an infinite canvas to upload reference images, mix styles, write prompts, generate raster images using AI models, vectorize outputs to SVG, edit colors, and export finished work. The service relies on third-party AI providers to power image generation, style analysis, and vectorization.
3. Account Registration and Security
To use Grafold you must create an account using Google OAuth or email-based authentication. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Grafold is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your credentials.
4. User Content and Intellectual Property
Your content. You retain full ownership of any images, prompts, styles, or other materials you upload to Grafold. You also own the outputs generated through your use of the service, subject to any applicable third-party AI provider terms.
License to Grafold. By uploading content, you grant Grafold a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not use your content for training AI models or share it with other users without your permission.
Responsibility. You represent that you have the necessary rights to any content you upload and that your content does not infringe on any third party’s intellectual property rights.
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Grafold uses AI models to generate images and perform vectorization. You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-generated outputs may vary and are not guaranteed to be unique, accurate, or free of artifacts.
- Similar inputs from different users may produce similar or identical results.
- Grafold does not guarantee that AI-generated content is free from resemblance to existing copyrighted works.
- You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring that any generated content is suitable for your intended use before publishing or distributing it.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use Grafold to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or networks connected to Grafold.

Grafold reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
7. Third-Party Services
Grafold integrates with third-party services to provide its functionality, including:
- OpenAI — for image generation.

Your use of Grafold is also subject to the terms and policies of these third-party providers. Grafold is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.
8. Service Availability and Modifications
Grafold is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We strive to keep the service running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Grafold, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using Grafold at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to other users, the service, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period following account closure.
11. Governing Law
